Over the past ten years I have developed extensive experience in the Betting & Gaming industry particularly with regard to process improvement. I have acquired a deep understanding of backend systems and I have been instrumental in introducing innovative system enhancements. I recently was a key member of a large programme to outsource three online brands to a major gaming software provider, as well as the relocation of a Customer Service team from the UK to Gibraltar.
With a strong background in Customer Service, most recently as Process and Improvement Manager for Gala Coral, I have gained an excellent understanding of what is required to deliver first class Customer Service. I have witnessed many of the challenges faced by the Betting & Gaming industry and believe the majority of these can be solved by deploying Robotic Process Automation, which I have seen successfully deployed within Coral Racing.
My strengths include the ability to understand, analyse, and improve complex processes across many areas of business, enabling increases in operational efficiency which both improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
In my spare time I like to keep up with the latest developments in technology and the internet, I’m a keen gamer, I love film, and can often be found listening to an eclectic range of music.
