Over the last twenty years I have developed extensive experience in B2B services outsourcing, working first with Accenture, then Exult/Hewitt, IBM and most recently with Capita. My primary focus has been to lead large complex business process outsourcing arrangements, working across both the public and private sectors.
In my career, I have worked for multiple large global clients including BP, Akzo Nobel, HSBC, Barclays, UBS, Avon, Philips, Volvo and Proctor and Gamble. I have a global outlook, having spent half my career working internationally including East and West Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. I led the successful IT and applications deal with Siam Cement in Thailand, the first of its kind in Asia Pacific, and I was instrumental in establishing Accenture’s outsourcing business in Australia. In this time, I gained a strong understanding of both business and regional cultures and am able to work effectively in multiple environments to deliver results. More recently I developed a strong interest in next generation process improvement through robotic process automation, after introducing this into Capita’s operations. The results achieved encouraged me to found Genfour to share my experience and knowledge with end user clients. I graduated with an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London in 1994 and with an MBA from London Business School in 2003. I now live in Suffolk, England with my wife and two children. I enjoy many outdoor pursuits and am a keen sailor and skier.
