I have a wealth of experience as a business leader gained from working in C level positions with a number of top tier retail and online businesses in the UK and International Leisure Sectors. I have had particular success in establishing, developing and improving the operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness of the organisations I have worked in and bring my experience to those businesses in need of change or additional expertise.
For over 25 years I have been at the forefront of the betting and gaming industry, initially working within retail operational roles in blue chip companies such as William Hill and Paddy Power and online businesses such as Victor Chandler, then built on my considerable operational skills by adding significant experience of business to business sales and business development while working in senior positions at Cryptologic and Amaya Gaming. As thus I have a wide range knowledge enabling me to provide a unique insight to operators seeking to do business with suppliers or suppliers dealing with operators.
Adding further to my unique range of experience I have developed a knowledge and understanding of technology, software development and licensing as well as their practical commercial application in roles in both LVS and Cryptologic. I have has also uniquely worked within the B2C, B2B and B2G sectors.
The management of change has been crucial in all of these roles, whether it has been in large well-established and mature companies or start-ups. Outside of work I enjoy cycling, hill trekking, creative writing and live music.
