This event will be an unprecedented opportunity to hear about the real-life experiences of people who have implemented Robotic Process Automation in their organisations. Source and Genfour have gathered together four practitioners of RPA so that you can learn directly from them about this much-hyped technology and how it has helped them deliver benefits and savings for their businesses.

Despite the amount of column inches that RPA is attracting in the press, actual working examples are few and far between. Our speakers, who include Jane Conroy from Co-op Bank and Lindsay Harrison from Shop Direct and Spencer Jones from the RAC, represent some of the major RPA implementations in this country. Each has used different approaches and different software solutions to realise automation benefits, enabling you to get the widest possible understanding of what can be achieved from RPA.

This event is for all organisations or individuals who are interested in Robotic Process Automation and would like to know more about it from people who are at the forefront of using this technology. There will be no software vendors or service providers present, so that you can get unbiased, sales-free answers to your questions.

The event will be held on 27th November between 10am and 2pm and includes a buffet lunch. The venue is the wonderful Custard Factory in Birmingham, which is conveniently close to New Street station.

The agenda will be as follows:

  • 9.30 – 10.00 Registration and Tea and Coffee
  • 10.00 – 10.15 Introduction and Welcome
  • 10.15-11.30 – A number of case studies from large organisations that are successfully using RPA to their advantage
  • 11.30-12.00 – A Q&A panel session
  • 13.00-14.00 Lunch networking and close
