Key responsibilities:

  • Building end to end automation process solutions in accordance with the relevant Genfour methodology and standards
  • Producing test documentation and carrying out testing of automated solutions
  • Supporting existing clients with their automated solutions, including carrying out change requests
  • To support service analysts in the monitoring, support and maintenance of existing automations
  • To design and build solutions to meet requirements of client change requests
  • Maintain good knowledge of key automation technologies
  • Building objects and components for automation process

Key responsibilities:

  • Proven technical experience in an IT related environment, ideally in RPA tools or automation
  • Knowledge or interest in development skills such as VB .NET and object orientated programming
  • Ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail
  • A self-motivated individual
  • Proactive with a flexible approach

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure weekly/monthly reports are completed accurately & delivered on time
  • As part of the service support team you will ensure high performance delivery of services against agreed client service levels & quality measures
  • Demonstrate flexible attitude & take responsibility for own personal development & team growth
  • Build & maintain effective working relationships with internal associates & external 3rd parties while maintaining a strong customer service focus & communication, in line with protocols
  • Ensure systems processes & services enable the completion of business activities to agreed quality & timescale
  • Manage additional processes to ensure compatibility with current processes & documented correctly to meet the acceptance criteria for handover into service

Skills and experience:

  • Proven technical experience, ideally in RPA tools or automation solutions
  • Previous experience within a technical service support/help desk environment including first line fix on fail support
  • Ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis
  • Knowledge or experience of working within a formalised Change Management environment
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail
  • A self-motivated individual
  • Proactive with a flexible approach
